Installation
Super 8 film, monitor, perspex, magnifying glass, light.
Group show at temporarycontemporary, Deptford, with students from Wimbledon School of Art.
'Time is powerful in the manipulation of memory and our connection with images' Chris Marker.
160 individual frames of windows, one window per frame, shot around London on super 8 film is played on a monitor, another copy is framed on the adjacent wall. Played at average speed/24 frames per second, the film is a blur. The viewer can however examine the individual frames on the wall with the aid of a magnifying glass.
